    Piggybacking off of this thread to state that I'm having the same issue when using my integrated AMD laptop (and know that you guys are aware of it), so I thought I'd post my specs to add to the details pile.
    Code:
    OS: Windows 10 Home Edition
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 - Raven Ridge 14nm
GPU: 512MB ATI AMD Radeon Vega 3 Mobile Graphics
    As others have experienced, this issue only occurs when trying to use widescreen mode. This issue doesn't present on my NVIDIA desktop card.
