(This error seems to be common with people who use a TV and/or a traditional monitor)

• Option 1: If you have a TV connected to your pc changing the monitors hz refresh rate to 30
• Option 2: If you have both a TV and a monitor unplug the TV, launch maple, than re-plugin the TV.
• Option 3: Right click the launcher> properties> compatibility mode> change to to windows 98/windows ME also tick run in 640 x 480 resolution.
  
• Option 4: Make sure DirectX is updated to the latest version and your graphics drivers are updated and correct.
• Option 5: Fix and clean your registry, a good program to do this with is CCleaner.

And I have exempted the application on my firewall as well.

 

Hi, excited to play Legends.
I've downloaded the main client, Mirror 1, and Mirror 2. I finally got my antiviruses to accept the file. But this comes up afterward every time as well... NVM..can't post a screenshot. All it says is "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program." Should I re-download it again since my antivirus finally recognizes it as safe?

 

Hi, i have this problem
Translate of message: "The program cannot start because "file name" is missing from the computer. try reinstalling the program to correct this problem" I have already reinstalled the program many times but I keep getting the same error.

I installed the game correctly I put it on the antivirus expecion I made all the recommendations but when I started the .exe I got the following error.

nothing works, I deactivated the antivirus and the firewalll, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and the same error continues, download the file api-ms-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll copy it to the game folder and me it says that it cannot start the application

When I copy the missing .dll file I get this error "The application could not be started correctly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to close it.

 

The problem I'm getting is that whenever I go to install the Client Backup or I somehow make it through the install and use the exe, it automatically deletes itself. sometimes the install just ends after it reaches the client backup. The game has been working fine for a long time prior to this, but last night was the first time it did this.

 

I just downloaded and installed the new January 2022 Maplelegends version for windows but when I try to play it it tells me this message: "Maplelegends Error: 10106 (The requested service provider could not be loaded or initialized.)"

*edit* I just tried to run Maplelegends a few more times and it worked all of a sudden. The only thing I did differently was try to install the latest version of DirectX but my laptop said it was already installed and it only worked the second time I tried to run it after I tried to installed it. I have no idea how it started working all of a sudden, but I'm happy it did.

*edit #2* I just noticed it still brings up that error message when I don't run Maplelegends as an administrator, but when I do it works. However, I tried doing that earlier and it told me that error message, so I have no idea why it's working now.

*edit #3* I tried to test closing the app and running it as an administrator again and it didn't work after five tries. I then ran the troubleshooting compatability shooter and tried the recommended settings and it worked. So I guess that was the problem maybe?

 

game client suddenly closes when i open it, even before login screen.

had three clients open, (1shad, 2 mages). ulted on mage clients simultaneously and all three clients insta-DC w/ this error message. relogged, repeated, same dc w/ same error message

 

how about this error? since the march build i keep getting this error until now. even with latest ver or reinstall the whole PC still DC like this.

I am receiving this 2 errors when I click on the application.
Previously was ok, able to play. This problem suddenly came up.
Tried adding maple legends app for firewall exclusion but the issue still persist.
Tried re-installing app as well, but the same issue pops up.
Need help pls, using windows!
