    Pets are like every pet so you need revive them every 90 days. I am unsure why they are permanent on Unlucky's SS but if there ended up being an error (I did manual check it yesterday when someone asked similar question) it will be corrected to 90 days.

    Chairs are permanent and tradable.

    And Game Cash which I did announce in game is under maintenance right now and will most likely come back.
