Leveling Timeless Weapon & Equipments.

    Change the ATT variance for Timeless weapons from (0~2) to (1~2)
    I've had too many weapons ruined from +0, even the +1s are bad.
    Also, give stat variance (0~1) to stats applied to a piece of timeless equipment from scrolls, such as Glove for ATT.
