    Hello,

    The following changes were made without the need of a restart

    Applied the Gachapon changes listed here which were accidentally not applied yet (clickable link)

    Furthermore...
    -The chance to get equips from Hunting Tickets has been slightly decreased
    -The chance to get regular scrolls from Hunting Tickets has been slightly increased in replacement of equips
    -The chance to get legendary from Cash Tickets has been further decreased

    Don't expect Cash to ever be buffed again, so its better to immediately spend what you have before its nerfed even further :p
