i lagged quit a lot once and accidentally dropped a equip in fm, but well got it back after cuz nice people on this server ^^

Yet lag cant make it gone , if he droped it there is nothing the gms can do

 

well lag don`t equal a removed item, but it can happen

 

I know yesterday, my Barbarian Elixirs disappeared from my inventory, there was no way that I would have NPC'd them, this happened after a restart though.

Kim kindly came and gave me 600 to replace them, however it is very different with an item of higher value, I'm not sure they'd be able to replace them unless you had proof that you had received BWGs.

 

Since when do you get bwg's from the showa exchange quest lmao

 

Since always. I believe most BWGs come from there, since the drop rate of them from gach is really really low.

 

Resolved.

 

There has been signs of the proof (screenshot MrSir provided) having been tampered with. After careful examination I've found the proof to be incorrect and thus unreliable. Considering I based my decision on the proof provided I've reverted my decision.

Fool me once, shame on me.
