Ended up choosing to go back to Ghost Ship and hit level 75



Got bored there and decided to try a CDs party. Shoutout to LeonardoJF - I ended up bumping into him there and we partied for about an hour. Exp was great, ended up getting just under 2.5m EPH, compared to Ghost Ship giving me a little over 1.5m EPH. Was around 90% when we finished up, so I decided to go back to Ghost Ship for the last 10% and hit 76.



Figured I'd give the Kents idea a try, did a 5 minute test to feel out the map and got 1.8m EPH, so definitely better than Ghost Ship at 76, even with the 12% damage penalty for being lower level. >3300 exp/kill is pretty nice. The pot burn is high, but the equip drops are also more valuable so it probably isn't going to be an issue to pay for pots at least. Seems like this is going to be my best solo training spot for now until Himes. Level 86 should give me 100% accuracy on Himes once I buy a racc mask and get +3 int somewhere (I'll probably switch back to my YAC for one level), otherwise I'll need to hit 87. Regardless, I'd need to leech my spearman to 41 before Himes to get HB going. Ginger ales too $$$ without it. I might do that around 82-83, once I get a few more points in shining ray.

Edit: Reminder to self: try to find pet/face HP scrolls. Need about 75 HP to turn off MG at Kents, should drastically cut pot usage
Edit2: Remembered my maple wisdom staff had 150HP on it. Tried it, feels scary, will just stick with MG

I still have my 11 int from before, so I'll just swap out my PUAC for that when I need to. +4 int, and +7 from racc pushes from 99% acc to 100%

 

I do have a shield, yeah. As for eye, I already bought the 100% scrolls earlier, so I just need a clean mask for them now. MW would work (maybe another level earlier, I'd have to check later) but I'd feel bad asking someone to be a MW mule for me lol.

 

Short day today, less than 1h free time to play. Killed some kents, burned a lot of pots. Used close to 1k pots in 40 minutes, no equip drops, only one gacha ticket... I think I'll just go back to Ghost Ship.



Used my gacha ticket on the way back. At least it was a good one! Easy 10m.

 

Since my progress is slowing and my gear feels solid right now I decided maybe it's a good time to start washing. Hit 77 today and did my first level of MP washing. Figure the higher I go, the more viable Mana Bulls become, and with Himes coming up soon, the pot costs will be nuts without the washing. Maybe 2500-3k mp extra over 10 levels before I get there? Also asked guld for MW before leveling this time to get that little bit extra.

Moved to Voodoos after leveling, 3/5 cards so far. Getting about 1.5m EPH there as well, so not bad if I want a change of scenery from GS, and I can contribute to the Heartstopper market . Worse than GS party though.

 

Another from-bed-no-screenshot update. Didn't have time to play yesterday, but helped me catch up my NX a little since I had none to MP wash if I leveled. Today I killed some Voodoos for 15-20 mins or so, got a few more heartstoppers and wand 60s and finished 5/5 cards there. Saw a GM announcing buffs, so I grabbed that and headed off to Ghost Ship. Someone in guild had a 66 Bandit so I invited him to leech to 67. Bigger exp from HS for me, free exp in a shitty grinding class for him (GMs pls buff savage blow ). Now he can leech CDs, yay! Also went from 77 to 78 40% on my priest, got just under 2m EPH. 3 more levels to max HS! Also came out lucky on drops today, almost 2k NX and a shield att 70 from a gacha ticket

Got to level 79 today at ghost ship, took a break, now on the train back to voodoos to make some heartstopper money $$$



Picked up a cheap 5 int wooden wand (400k) and a christmas shoe (555k) to throw on my archer. Gonna try selling the yellow umbrella now, since it's not needed anymore. Also figured I'd pick up a side project for when I want to take a break from my priest. I'm not sure how much I'll be playing this one yet, since it'll just depend how I feel at any given time. Meet AssBandit69!



This character will be following along the cardcaptor path. I didn't want to make a mage, because I'm already making a priest and planning an IL, nevermind the added difficulty when I hit elemental resistances. Warriors/Brawlers really enjoy zhelm accuracy, so I didn't want those (plus I don't like them much anyway). I'm already planning a bowman on this account when I get washing NX for it. That left gunners and thieves - naturally, the only correct choice would be a thief. Why? Thieves use LUK, and LUK naturally means better drop rate. Some say that's not how it works, but I'm the one making the rules here, and I say it does, so that's that. And on the subject of rules, some rule variations I've set for myself:

-Purist ironman mode. I may transfer mesos/items to storage or another character, but once I do, it may never be transferred back. Buying/selling in FM is forbidden.
-No cards allowed to be collected on maple island, but other items are okay. Will job advance after leaving and then return to Lith to begin the card collection journey. Level 10 job advance weapons must be dropped. No freebie booster allowed!
-Like with level 10 job, exception will be made for level 30/70/120 job advances, but no items/mesos/cards can be collected during the job advance (unless it's required for the quest)
-If I reach a PQ after I've already outleveled it, those cards will be skipped (I could buy from Taiwan, but 50m each time I reach a PQ is something I would rather invest in my characters - it would make things more interesting, but it's not for me). That said, I will try to avoid this as much as possible by suiciding exp to reach the PQ in time.

 

Got through Maple Island on AssBandit69. Became a thief and stabbed some snails with my fruit knife. Level 11 with 1/5 red snail cards.



Did a couple CD parties early in the morning, got to 81 on the priest! We have max HS now, yay! Finally the shining ray levels are going to come~



But more importantly, I need to start leeching my HB mule now. So far I got her to 27. 3 more levels of Genin and then I can move onto Jr Wraiths. Will probably do the job advance after I reach 41, since 35 str is going to be tough to kill things with. Having a level 40 weapon should make things slightly easier.

 

Small update since server was down most of the day. HB mule now level 33, priest almost 82 (95%). After I hit 30, I went to Jr Wraiths until I finished the Stirge set. Went to Ludi after, got Brown/Pink/Panda Teddy and Roloduck cards. Thinking to stay at teddies a bit longer, since they're quite fast - about 250k leech EPH, and around 15-20%/h for the priest. Maybe try Platoon Chronos at 36. I tried normal ones but the map was bad and gave worse exp than teddies despite higher exp/kill.

 

Haven't had a ton of time to play since the patch dropped, so only a tiny update. Got the last 5% to 82, did some of the event minigames. Did about 10 raffles, got trash, decided all-in on AP resets after that. Found out they don't expire, which is awesome. Will be doing on 3 chars, so I can still focus on the priest once I'm done and not worry about leveling multiple chars at once to use them up (or leveling with bad int gear and no MW). 160apr from this event is going to be a massive boost for the IL/BM. Saves like 3 months of voting. So far I capped my priest and halfway on my archer, so about 50% progress on event this week so far

 

Finished getting my 40APR on all 3 chars on Friday night. Went back to leeching my HB mule, and just finished up on it. Got priest to 83 + HB mule to 41




Played a little on AssBandit69 before that, since Platoon Chronos filled up on all channels after the GM buffs (I had to afk for a little so I lost mine ;__; ) picked up a slime card. Currently at 2 blue/red snails each, and one slime card. Also did cake a couple times on it. No maple daggers but I got 50 mapleades from the raffle, so that's big pot money after I NPC'd it. Currently level 15, still on first map.



Picked up a solid chunk of gacha from Platoon Chronos while I was leeching the HB mule. Also got a decent chunk of cash and 6 GFA 60s to sell later. My leftover gacha scrolls also sold over the last week, so my inventory's cleared out a bit too. Now for the important part: using up the gacha tickets!!

Overall pretty solid, close to 40m or so? It's not a CS/WS but we'll take it! Back to CDs tomorrow I think. Have Shining Ray 7 now, so should be a little better than SR1.

 

Did a couple cakes on AssBandit69. Fortune smiled on me. Max atk maple dagger and a maple throwing star!


Did a few more cakes on ChirpyMage and got the pendant for it (+500HP!). Over 3k HP with pendant+HB, so I'm ready for himes now I think. Working on capping my APRs again on all my characters first though. Also didn't take a picture, but got earring int 30 from some gachas I got while farming snails/shrooms for cards. Picked up blue/red snail, shroom, orange mushroom, and green mushroom card sets. 45 sets so far, halfway to T2! Might have to work on it a bit more later, since I need 1 more luk for blood chaos robes, but I haven't found any affordable ones in FM lately anyway, so I'm not in a huge rush for it. Targa or Ravana helm would also fix it if I have to.

 

Did some himes. Exp was quite good (3.75m eph). That said, I'm not feeling it. Pain to set up 2 characters there, and I need to afk frequently so leaving the map to go to FM is also annoying, since both this map and the one next to it have mobs running back and forth on a flat map with no platforms. Also had crows on 4/6 channels when I went. Ended up using 2 safety charms over 50%.



So now it's back to kents instead. Level 84! Map is a lot more relaxed here. Still died once from HB dropping, but I can work around that. Used up my saved APRs and NX after leveling to HP wash a bit for more safety. 2222 base HP now, so I should have a bit of safety cushion with my pizzas if HB drops again



Also finished up getting all my APRs for the week on my other characters. Even got a level while doing it!
