Maplestory's insane loading times.

    Hello everyone,

    I've been playing maplestory since end beta, and every year the loading times of the game get worse and worse.
    Now that i've been playing MapleLegends for the past 2 weeks, i'm starting to get more and more frustrated with the time it takes to load MapleLegends.
    For example: I can launch maplelegends. Got to the toilet, get some food and a drink, get back, and it still isnt loaded.
    I've noticed that a friend of mine. Didnt have this issue at all. He launched it within seconds.
    I think that a game like this shouldn't have issues loading. My laptop has an i7 quad that runs on 2.2ghz my video card is a Nvidia GTX 555m and I have an SSD where my os + Maplelegends is on. Where i can run League of legends on 80fps max settings. And not even be able to "Quickly" Login to maplelegends to check FM and log out. Is there a way to solve this issue?

    The game should only take 5 seconds to load, even on my old Vista machine. Do you have any anti virus like Windows Defender running?

    For me it's ' System' and something Malware going ballistic when starting up MapleLegends.. Idk if there's a fix for this but if so I'd like to know aswell ^^

    Note: It's Only when i first launch it. So my first launch will take like 10 minutes. But everytime after that. It will take like 3 or 4 seconds

    Yeah, so check your anti virus because when I did a clean install of Windows 8 Windows Defender made the client take 30 seconds instead of 5.

    I've had this issue as well. I changed my compatability to Windows 98 and it went away.
