Low Monster Book, missing entries compilation

Hi Maplers, and monster book enthousiasts

Recently a fellow player asked me if a certain monster also displayed ''???????????????????????????????'' on the episode tab in the monster book, it did so for both our and other guild members clients with 5/5 of that particular card.

After this I decided to make a list of all monsters who have either incomplete, buggy or missing episode text. (for all cards I have 5/5 of in my book). I have documented and checked all cards from Tab 1 trough 7.

If anything is missing from the list, or if you have feedback on how to expand it (besides the Engrish typos, might do that some other time). Let me know!
