Monsterbook boss card NPC (How to reach and card purchase info)

Along with the release of monstercards, comes the problem of collecting the PQ boss cards for everyone who's too high leveled to go back to these PQs to collect the cards. An NPC was released in Taiwan, Night Market for people to buy these PQ boss cards (5 different bosses) at a rate of 10M per card respectively, 50M to purchase an entire set for a boss, totalling 250M if you want to buy all the PQ boss cards. Alternatively, you're given the choice of paying with 200 of a certain ETC item and 5M per card, totalling 125M for the full set.
