Need advice funding for dex EQ (Warrior)

20 dex robe about 20-25m or scroll one yourself on a warrior overall

8-10 dex cape, or possibly 14-16 dex yellow adventurer cape. 60% cape dex are about 500k? So you should be able to get something usable with under 10-15m buying a clean cape and scrolling yourself

8 dex earrings, possibly 9-12m if you buy from someone

From here on, your remaining mesos can be spent on buying a 5-7 dex face accessory (6 dex is about 35-41m), 5-9 dex strap shoes, scrolling your zak helm with 60% helm dex, 4-7 dex eye accessory.

You should be able to hit 120 dex with some of these options

 

getting a scar should be your lowest priority now since it offers marginal increase (4 more dex from your existing zak helm) for 40m mesos, you should focus on getting the other equipment types first (face, eye, cape, earrings, shoes)

 

I can tell you what I got for my hero.
60 dex base
26 dex zak helm
5 dex deputy star
7 dex top
10 dex pants
8 dex earrings
5 dex shoes

For a total of 121 dex. Probably cost me about 100m.

 

if you have a few hundred mil consider investing in a HTP+egg (21-23 of all stats), it's your end game pendant and it gives a 16-18 dex boost over a deputy star for 180~mil

 

I agree, that would be the "easy" way of staying on 40 base dex.

 

its easy, guaranteed and permanent (unlike dex capes where you might want to replace them with a pac/pgc later, or shoes where you might want a Christmas red sock, scar/zak helms is a toss up because you want to loot a good one AND scroll it well, and so on)
