Other new player having some trouble

    hi, in the past few day i have the same recurring problem, i'm getting disconnected from the server and getting the message: unable to connect to the game server.
    when i try to re-log i get this message: this id is all-ready logged in o the server is under inspection.
    after restarting the game the problem is solved for few minutes/hours.

    i hope we can get to the roots of the problem and fix it.

    Possibly, some connection issues. Is your internet fine when you are running other programs?
