Please let me buy hair coupons for donor points?

So, uh. Hello! New around here, how ya doin, etc etc.

Anyway, to the point! How come cosmetic changes like hairstyles and faces are off-limits for donor points? I obviously understand how things like gacha tickets would be silly to get this way, but cosmetic coupons?
Frankly, I don't understand how this is a restriction. Can this be changed? Because as it is, i'll just have to sit around twiddling my thumbs waiting for the vote reset and tryna cope with the fact that my character is an unspeakable eldritch abomination.
