Not a Bug Poison Mist doesn't work

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): It doesn't poison enemies at all throughout the entire duration. The cast damage is always just 1. I have it on mastery level 12 at the moment but it was the same at level 9.
    What is supposed to happen?: Cast damage should be much higher than just 1. And it should poison enemies.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: While training at WindRaiders at Lower Ascent.
