Runtime error when killing The Boss

    Upon killing The Boss there was a sudden run time error. Freezing the game and making me force to shut it down. I'm using the latest patch as can be seen in the image. Might there be some files missing for dropped items for The Boss? Or the death animation of The Boss itself?
