To get to Ulu City, enter through the map Surburban Area 2 (Singapore)
This map is well known as the map with Truckers:


Ulu City is a ruined place attacked by multiple monsters and one ultimate boss: Krexel.
(Please note: that Krexel will not be added this patch).
Ulu City is a great place for higher leveled maplers to quest, grind, farm and have fun in Singapore!

Valentines Day Event
This year is MapleLegends very first Valentines Day so we decided to make it special for you.
We have created 3 custom quests for you to show our appreciation for your constant support:

Skill Changes
We have officially changed a few skills based on feedback and personal improvements:

Bowman (Marksman):

• Piercing Arrow full charge duration reduced from 2 seconds to 0.9​
• Snipe's cooldown reduced from 10 seconds to 5​

Thief (Shadower):​

• Boomerang step delay between use reduced​
• Boomerang step will have its hill restrictions removed, meaning you can cast it at the end of hills (Demo: Click)​

Mage:​

• Big Bang full charge duration reduced from 2 seconds to 0.9 secs.​

Pirate (Buccaneers):​

• Dragon Strike delay between use reduced when hitting mobs​
• Barrage delay between use reduced​
• Energy Charge delay between use completely removed​

Warrior (Fighter):​

• Rage now gives 15 Weapon Attack at level 30 instead of 10

Warrior (Paladin):​

• Blast output damage has been increased from 550% at level 30 to 600%
• Ice Charge damage has been increased from 105% at level 30 to 125%
  
• Thunder Charge damage has been increased from 125% at level 30 to 150%
  
• Flame Charge damage has been increased from 125% at level 30 to 175%
  
• Blizzard Charge (Blunt Weapon) has been increased from 105% at level 30 to 125%
  
• Lightning Charge (Blunt Weapon) has been increased from 125% at level 30 to 150%
  
• Flame Charge (Blunt Weapon) has been increased from 125% at level 30 to 175%
  
• Heaven's Hammer delay reduced from 20 seconds at level 30 to 10.

Warrior (Dark Knight):​

• Berzerk increases overall attack once HP drops below 50% at level 30 instead of 45%

Most of these edits required actual client engineering to make them possible on the v0.62 client (and not .wz), so the focus of this patch was to balance skills that are originally hardcoded in the v0.62 client. We will most likely look over other skills in the near future, but it took quite a bit of effort to 'client hack' these changes to port v0.83 improvements into v0.62. The Boomerang Step hill restriction removal is an actual client modification that is exclusive to MapleLegends, and was not even possible yet in v0.83 GMS. We hope you enjoy it and stay tuned for future changes.

Hunting Gachapon Tickets
1) Global drop rate will be increased slightly.
2) Most job specific equips, def scrolls and all megaphones will be removed from the Hunting Gachapon lotto
3) Change in % balance between categories will be applied
These changes will be applied later but this is to remind you that:
You have until February 27th at 23:59 Server Time to exchange your Hunting Gachapon Tickets.
They will be completely removed from your inventory after this date.

Fixes
-Sunset Seraphim (CS item) is now fixed
-CS effects will actually stop showing when you take them off.
-Inventory bug at the exit of GM events is now fixed (only 2 slots needed)
-Redlight/Greenlight event commands have been changed
-Visual bug in Floating Market is now fixed
-Shanghai quests are now in the right quest category
-Savage blow MP cost is now correct
-HTPQ The dark wyvern is now "normal" to fire attacks
-Some minor typos/quest item drop fixes
-Pirate Hat from PPQ now has the correct stats per hat level:

HP/MP > 20 each level starting with 30
Main stats > +1 each level starting 2
Jump > +1 each level starting 1
DEF/MDEF +20 each level starting 40.
Speed + 1 starting 4

Other changes
Beginners are now able to do the mount quest and receive a mount
The client can now be opened multiple times without VMware.
This is a testing period - the change may be reverted back to 1 client per machine in the future (block removed)
