Suggestion: Quest Ranking

Without events clear advntage to vertan players.

Yea but i see events as unique quest you already motivated to do so i put them apart from the nurmal quests.
Any way around it sound good

 

what about class specific quests and job quests?

 

I don't think that each class has the same number of job quests, so job quests would have to be excluded if that is true. Furthermore, I think there are some quests that have a lvl cap. They can't be completed after exceeding that lvl, which is disadvantageous to people who did not complete those quests or all of the maple island quests.

 

I respectfully disagree on the basis of fairness and equal opportunity.

 

I'm not saying it shouldn't be a ranking, I'm saying Maple Island quests, quests with a lvl cap, job quest and class specific quest should be excluded at this point. I think it would be a great idea, with the condition that you excluded the aforementioned quests.

 

Would be nice not having to count all my completed quests myself anymore.

 

I really like this idea, it supports doing quests. I am already doing a quest clearance round for about a week already .
But in addition to the rankings, maybe you could add a list of earned "quest titles", like giving somebody who cleared 90-95% of all victoria quests, the title of "Quest master of Victoria", or something like that. I know that in the old maplestory they gave medals to people who finished a lot of quests, and that this isnt in line with v.62, but at least giving titles to people could be an idea.

 

I love this idea! And Dumbledore's idea about some sort of title or I could suggest achievement thingy would be awesome. It could even come down to adding this to the player info command in-game, this would also remove the competitive-ness of rankings if that is the main counter argument.
