    Does 100% and 60% Topwear Str scrolls even exist in Legends?
    If not, is it possible to add them into Perion Gacha?

    Topwear for STR 60% is dropped by Horntail and 10% is dropped by Jr. Newtie. 100% doesn't appear to be available.

    I think thats bit unfair, coz thiefs got top for luk 100%...
    How about adding it into Perion Gacha?

    First of all, its not like thief's use the 100% scroll

    And thing are unfair, u could say that its not fair that there is overall dex 100% in shop for 35k and for mages there's no alternative.

    Or to say that its not fair that class x does more dmg than class y.

    There are upsides and downsides to everything. About the top, just be happy your other scrolls are cheap compared to luk :)
