Windows 8/8.1/10 unable to login as pin was deem incorrect

    I had the same issue today. I haven't logged on for about a year, and I seem to have forgotten my pin number that is required for log-in
    I found this post regarding the issue, but I wasn't sure how to use my Log-in ID and birthday.
    Could you please clarify?

    Try PMing Kim with as much information as you can about your account, such as Log-in ID, birthday, IGN(s), so you can verify you're the owner of the account. She will then solve your problem.
