I have a wide screen monitor, and I don't have 1366x768 in my windows. I already set the refresh rate to 50Hz but I still get the Gr2D error.

The refresh rate should be set to 60hz, not 50. It's also generally recommended to have your monitor resolution set to 1920x1080 or lower if you're experiencing the Gr2D error.

If you've recently upgraded your NVIDIA drivers, that may also be the cause. You could either do a rollback to the previous version, or try out this alternate solution someone posted that I've seen working successfully for a couple of people recently on the updated driver:

Still no luck, I have an AMD graphics card.

In that case, have you consulted this thread? I don't have experience with AMD unfortunately but the second solution provided for AMD users may work. There are also some more recent options provided in the replies with cases of people posting what specifically worked for them. Are you running HDClient 1 or 2?

My laptop cannot play HD2 at all (AMD card) unless I roll back to a driver from years ago, but then it breaks HDMI connection. If the solutions in the thread don't work, you're probably out of luck

Nothing worked unfortunately. Do you think buying a smaller monitor will help with this issue?

Try use this https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/ to fully remove your GPU drivers and use windows update to reinstall this worked for my friend today when he returned back and had gr2d error on all settings.
