Vote Reset Time

I had a question in regards to the voting system. I noticed that on MapleLegends the voting there is a 24 Hour wait from the last time you click Vote through MapleLegends.com/vote, but I think GTOP just resets the votes at 11PM (PST).

For example just now I voted at 11:15PM PST and right after my vote processed, I just click back on the browser and I revoted and this message appeared:

You have already voted! Please vote again in 23:43:44 Hours:Minutes:Seconds.

This leads me to believe GTOP simply resets at 11 PM PST. Can anyone else confirm? I thought about this because during the week I sleep earlier and noticed I always miss out on a vote towards Thurs/Fri because of this issue, so if other can confirm what I found out, is there any way to change the MapleLegends vote tab to reset at the same time rather than wait a full 24 hours?

I think someone brought up this issue a couple years back, but it was Rejected, but any chance this could be reconsidered?

*UPDATE*
I contacted GTOP and they confirmed they do indeed just reset at the end of the day.
