What skills to use for chief bandit?

Hello everyone! I‘m an old school maple player and this is my first time having a character reach 3rd job (chief bandit)! I have been mainly following Blu‘s shadower guide but now I am unsure what skills to add/use from now on.
currently at Level 72, and I doubt I will be going the meso Explosion farming route because I’m broke. Does that mean I should pump Band of thieves?
I would be mainly doing MPQ and PPQ to get the pendant and the pirate hat for the forseeable future. Assaulter looks like a good skill too, since it does high damage, can kinda teleport and can stun! what skills would you suggest that I add and how should I use them to kill mobs fast?
some old videos shows chief bandits still using savage blow as the main attack but I thought it would be less effective with the other skills that I have.

What skills should I add and how are the skills used to train?
