    I wanted to post a new development update of what will most likely be coming next for versions 1.1/1.2.

    • Simplify mob list and delete unnecessary mobs such as ones with no map location. (Many duplicates in program with different levels)
    • Filter option to filter by Monster or Boss
    • Filter option to filter by level
    • Add a party option / implement party XP calculations
    • Drop List Area - display the items dropped by the selected mob
    • Map Location Area - displays the map locations of the selected mob
    • Image of mob that is selected (not entirely sure on this one, not exactly needed)
    • Meso calculation of how many mesos you could gain from killing required amount of needed mobs till next level up (Possible, not sure)
    This is all useful information that people need when looking for places to grind, looking for specific item drops, etc.

    The program will start to become an all-in-one program of multiple uses instead of just an XP calculator with new version updates.

    At the moment, the program only gives you the needed XP and needed mobs for one level up. Would it be more sufficient to allow calculations for multiple levels instead of just one?

    For example, you can choose your current level and desired level which will allow you to pick one level up or multiple.

    Would love to hear feedback on this and let me know what you all think.

    i think it is a good addition to the program , but it would be useful only at the beginning since at later lvls you grind for days to lvl up once.

    Yea, I'll look into adding this but not for the next version release. I'm currently working on the mob locations for all mobs that are in the application. I've already minimized the amount of mobs because many didn't have map locations associated with them. The filtering of monsters, bosses, and by level have been implemented and are working well.

    Based on how long it takes me to implement the mob locations, this may or may not be the last feature I add for version 1.1 release. Then, I'll be able to look into more features to implement for version 1.2.

    Since I've decided to update the program adding features and optimizing, I'll also be looking into live-update or auto-update features soon so that people don't have to keep downloading the new .rar file and replacing the .exe as well.

    Currently still going through map locations thoroughly from the ML database and will be implementing it in code soon. The map location box may be moved because I'd like the window to be big enough where map names will show up properly. If it doesn't take too much longer for map locations to be implemented, I may start working on the item drop box for version 1.1 .

    I will update the download links that have been posted throughout the thread, it will be through google drive once again. I will also be looking into live-update or auto-update systems so that re-downloading the program through a .zip won't be needed anymore with every update. It may take some time for the auto-update system though.

    Just an update, I'm about half way through the list of maps to add into the program. Then it just needs proper formatting and proper ordering from highest mob count to lowest within the map location box.

    It's been quite some time since an update, but version 1.1 has been released!

    I've updated the download links on all previous posts and will attach one here as well. Feel free to report issues/errors or recommend features that could be of use, these are the listed changes that are currently coming up in a new version once I get started:

    • Drop List area showing that selected mob's drop list
    • Add party XP calculation
    • Possibly add image of mob when mob is selected
    • Meso calculation of how many mesos you could gain from killing the specified amount of mobs

    Once I get some free time, I may jump back on it.
