    One lucky person actually collected all 10 diary pages (it wasn't me). However, clicking on the Goddess Minerva does not take the pages and assemble it into a full diary. They tried doing this after she appeared in front of the statue both as a regular party member and as party leader. Nothing also happened when exiting the PQ.. you know, when she gives you a random piece of junk and a feather of goddess on exit.

    It appears this step is bugged somewhere along the way (most likely missing code from the goddess npc).

    This one lucky person would very much want to see this issue fixed, so he can continue to level from 70.

    Everything Lionheart says is true. Nothing happens when you click on Minerva after collecting all pages.
