Windows 8/8.1/10 Game freeze

Are you using VPN? Could be an issue with your connection tho.

 

Do you have lag issues when you browse web/youtube/other games etc? If it's your connection issue I'm afraid it's very hard for us to advise :/

 

Not sure which one you meant. Game freeze as your client itself or you can move around but you see everything around you stops moving?

I think your latency might be disconnecting you momentarily.

This bit, especially is a common symptom of bad network:


I'm not sure what solution would be, because this is most likely due to distance between ML server and your computer. Do you know if anyone else in SG suffer from same issue (if so, how they solve it)?

 

Then the issue would be most likely related to how stable your internet connection is. If you are using a WIFI by any chance, I suggest to either:

1. Move closer to the router so you get a better reception.
   
2. Use the ethernet adapter if possible.

If both of them does not work, then the problem might be rooted deeper inside your network such as some people in your house eating up a lot of bandwidth at the time (ex. watching netflix, downloading large files, etc..) or issue with your ISP itself, which we do not have much control over unfortunately. But I would say about 90% of the time, the problem is what I listed above.
