Transparent Shoes - Donor Only?

    Description of the bug: Tried to buy transparent shoes in Cash Shop, but a window popped up that said something to do with: Donor cash needed to buy item.
    What is supposed to happen?: I get credited 1,500 nx and I get the shoes!
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Yesterday (11/8/2015) in the Cash Shop, non-donor section.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Go to Cash Shop with no donor points and buy the transparent shoes with 1,500 nx.
    Extra information (optional): My shoes are ugly and I want to cover them up =(
