    Well, If he leveled during the PQ then its okay. It's impossible to enter PQ with 31 level, or at least should be impossible ...

    It gets more awkward in Big Bang where they have EXP pots that can level your character from 1-30, and 30-70, and that PQ mob level is dependent on average party level.

    So...

    1. Bring some friends with level 30 chars to KPQ.
    2. Level them to 70+ using pots.
    3. Watch as the last sucker in the party struggles to hit level 50 mobs and dies.
    4. ???
    5. Profit!

    apparently, him and others said it was a visual bug, and that he was actually lv 24
    the problem would be that he'd lose 3 sp no?
