30% Weapon Scrolls

A drk with a good spear or a shadower with an equally good dagger hit way less than a BM, a hero or a corsair with an equally good bow/gun/sword
As for claw 30s, the demand is so high it doesnt even matter there is high supply

Anyways, taehe, ive been working on a post to talk about our economical situation, specifically scrolls. You aren't the first to mention this as months ago we had that thread asking us what we wanted as a way to obtain scrolls and prior to that, many complaint threads. The majority of us did vote for farmable scrolls, but unfortunately, gi's idea went through and isn't going to be implemented, as stated by a few gms. Our economy has been left to bandage itself for far too long, despite prices slightly stabilizing. It's ridiculous that bow 30s are at ROYALS level prices, and how many other scrolls are only accessible through an rng wall(gach). Anyways, I'll leave it at this for now.

Take a look at this thread. The community has already shown its desire for farmable scrolls.

The end result was a beta implementation of the 3rd most voted option that's going to be scrapped soon so take it as you will.

because pinaka's are so easily attainable, daggers on the other hand...

If certain scrolls are added to drops it might unbalance how classes gear up and it'll only cause more trouble. This is based on what others have mentioned about weapon drops and different DPS.

But that's what heros, corsairs, and BMs do? They're supposed to DPS.

And just because claw 30s have a high demand doesn't make the issue negligible. It allows a higher chance of good/decent/godly claws to circulate the market while the chance of making decent/godly weapons for other dps-classes pale in comparison due to lack of farmable scrolls.

 

Leave spear 30 out of it we fot pinakas on our heads!!!

 

I would rather see a rebalance of weak classes to be within 10% of nightlords, corsairs and BMs in terms of DPS.

How cool would it be though to have a diverse party rather than nightlords making up 80% of the DPS.

I might be alone on this one though

 

Try being a magician class. Elemental wands and wand 30% scrolls both behind RNG wall

+1 to this idea.
Adding obtainable 30% scrolls into the drop tables are fairly easy and would bring hours upon hours of potential play time, in regards to players farming 30%'s for themselves or the economy. (#BringBack2mBow30Prices)
The only hard part in my opinion would be to figure out what mob should drop what 30%, at the discretion of GM's.
(possibly add them to drop tables in ToT for high levels and Ellin for lower levels?)
