500+ players = lag?

    Hi, new guy here.

    Just started playing 6 hours ago. Hardly be able to play because of lag and i had to restart the game again and again. I cannot even pass the second map as beginner. Then i went and check the number of players online *because i think maybe the server is lagging due to too many players online*. Turned out that there were around 500 players online.

    So just a quick question, is the lag very common here in the server?

    Hi God-D,

    We didn't have much issue with playercount previously, and server shouldn't be overloaded because of 500~ players.

    The problem started rather recently and Kimmy has been trying to find the issue but server isn't showing any anomaly. We are deducing it may be host issue or lag due to recent internal upgrade. We will continue to investigate further and I apologize for the inconveniences :(

    Sorry that you had an initial bad experience with the server. The massive spikes from 2 days ago were caused by our host and recovered later on. We had 1000+ users online before and the server can handle that fine.
