Add Mana Reflection damage to @dpm output

    Like the title suggests, the current @dpm command does not factor in damage done from the 4th job mage skill Mana Reflection. The original @dpm command did not factor in summon damage too and it was subsequently added a few patches ago.

    As meme as everyone thinks the skill is, it actually does significant damage in certain circumstances. I would like to see this being implemented to see how much damage the skill actually does over time.
