Low Attack Speed on Crossbow

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):attack speed seems doing the same when equip Normal(6) and Fast (5) Crossbow with Booster buff.
    What is supposed to happen?:Fast Crossbow should be attack Faster than Normal with Booster.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional):I had Lv90 Night Raven's Eye Fast (5) bossing with other MM with Nescher Noramal (6), and our attack animation looks like the same.
    So i went to town tried Normal Xbow, it attacks slower than Fast ones without Booster, but with Booster it does the same speed. is this bug? or anyone could explain this for me please? thanks
