BIG PROBLEM PLEASE HELP ME

    hello, i tried to open the icon of MapleLegends, "Unknown error" and "make sure you have download the new patch" was written there.
    1- i had the new patch (31.10)
    2- i deleted the game and tried to download it again but there was another arror, (Download from Windows), i cant download it from the "Mega" link, tried from the Google Drive' it succed but another error was written there

    It looks like a permission issue. If you're on windows, you should be able to right-click on the installer and use the option to "Run as Administrator".

    "If you're on windows, you should be able to right-click on the installer and use the option to "Run as Administrator". - where should i click? which place? google drive or Mega?

    Go to the folder on your computer where the downloads are placed. There you right click on the installer and there you can click on Run as Administrator.

    If you're using google chrome in the top right there is 3 vertical dots. If you click on that, you'll see a drop down menu with one option called downloads, this will direct you to an overview of downloads. Clicking on the show in folders will direct you to the downloads map.

    again the same problem .
    I downloaded it from Mirror 1 because the "Mega" link didnt work to me

    No, you can use the download you've already got and run it as administrator. The error you got was due to MapleLegends being open in the background.
