Corsair hp washing!

    Hi i have a lvl 135 corsair
    He at the moment has 7,795 hp and 14,850 mp,
    My goal is to be able to horntail as soon as possible and also hit 24k to survive most bosses without hb. my current int base is 347.
    What lvl should i be able to convert my ap into dex, and will i reach my goal? Also when im ready to convert mp to hp would i just -mp +hp using ap resets? Any mp washing needed or hp washing to reach my goal? Thanks a lot guys
