Corsair hp washing!

looks like right now you must still keep your int base since you want to reach 24k HP, and as Nightz said you can only get extra 13.86k, so would be 21655 hp total AT THE MOMENT.
but let me ask... your 7795 hp right now is counting with hp gears (like rings, pets)? you also gonna get extra 1625 HP just by leveling from 135 to 200, so lets say at lvl 200 you gonna have 23290 hp total. if you aren't considering hp gears yet, then if you get tier 10 you will have more than 24k HP at lv200.

 

Disclaimer: this is my self made Excel sheet, there might be some imperfections.

Assuming the amount you posted is your base HP/MP.
You can reach 24k HP with T10 ring at level 200 if you reset base INT now.
You can reach 24k HP with T10 ring at level 180 if you reset base INT at level 145 (keep MP washing until 145).
You can reach 24k base HP at level 180 if you reset base INT at level 149 (keep MP washing until 149).

Level up MP gain after resetting base INT is not considered, to leave some space for mistakes.
