Droppable event items

Hello please bear with my not overly thought suggestion, I would love read y’all thoughts. I am proposing that unique event items like witch hats, brooms, pink seal cushions, etc be droppable by normal mobs during the corresponding events; similar to how roses drop during valentines. Rather than being in the raffle, the raffle in the place of those equips would have unique scrolls for those equips. I feel like it would allow new players to have access to decent starter gear depending on event and allow veteran players to meme scroll while still chasing their white scrolls and chaos scrolls from raffles. I am sucker for unique event items and would love for them to serve a role aside from my collectors obsession.
