el nath pq tweaks

    Currently, it is required for a stanceless warrior in the party to enter the pq. Considering the locked skills for the other 3 jobs (thief/ bow/ mage) are not all considered very overpowered that can ruin the game if the quest were made easier, we could maybe tweak the requirements to start the pq. Usually this takes multiple days of recruitment to find a fresh warrior without stance skill which can be demoralizing.

    Suggestion: Change requirements to enter el nath pq to require 1 4th job warrior (regardless of stance skill present) instead of 1 stanceless 4th job warrior.

    In doing so, it'll improve the QOL aspect in questing for skill books as warriors who've previously completed the stance skill can assist their friends/ community and guildies.
