Energy Drain and Sommersault Kick Slow Animation

What is supposed to happen?:

1. Energy Drain
The speed after SI+Booster is Faster (3) (I'm using Leather Arms which is normal (6)). Untransformed ED is 510ms however during both transformation and super transformation it's like 910ms based on how many ED can be casted which is 10.8:6.0 for untransformed:both transformations in 5500ms
2. Sommersault Kick
The speed after SI+Booster is Faster (3) (I'm still using Leather Arms which is normal (6)). Untransformed SSK is 720ms however during both transformation and super transformation it's like 910ms based on how many SSK can be casted which is 6.9:5.5 for untransformed:both transformations in 5000ms

I only tested on male bucc, no idea if this happens on female bucc or no. If this was intended then never mind. If not then this would be a suggestion to make it as fast as untransformed although it's not that revolutionary, just making us cheese some 1v1 dmg/charge faster on ST/T do let me know if any of the numbers I'm using is wrong!
