Duplicate Report Franknroid card not available from NPC

Description of the bug: i went to the npc to buy magatia pq boss cards but the npc is not selling me anything
What is supposed to happen?:IDK! is it intended? or is a glich it is not selling me anything.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: the npc map??
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):talk with the npc
Extra information (optional): i have all others pq cards (king slime, papapixie etc) and this i think is the reson the npc is not selling me those (i guess)

So do you confirm me I will be able to get those cards later?

It's about 1 year i'm stuck with magatia to complete everything related to it (sidequests, cards, final prize), also quitted for months Y_Y, now i completed the quests. For the final prize i give up (considering nobody does this pq, it's inpossible for me doing 110 PQ for the final item)

Those cards are the only reason i suicide regularly.
I would like to level up!
