Gachapon drops

Hi everyone, I'm new here and this is probably a very newbie question, but I didn't find any info on it upon searching the forums.

I got a Gachapon coupon drop, which I went an exchanged for a dark scroll.
Upon returning to the grind I had another coupon drop, which I picked up, and then when I went back to Henesys later, I went to the Gachapon to exchange it - only to find the Gachapon claiming that I had no coupons.

I checked my inventory, and sure thing, no coupon.

Now, my question is: is there some sort of limit to how many Gachapon coupons one can get per day, hour or something else entirely?
Are the coupons timegated, or gated anyhow else?

How do I check if I have an NX ticket?
I only assumed it was a Gachapon coupon, since it had that visual effect on the ground that the Gachapon one also had.

Now if I can ask another newbie question; is it possible to get a bigger inventory? Can't find anything in the cashshop that does that.
