Make Buff Timers and Cooldowns Radial

    Pretty straightforward, guessing cooldown timers of quickslot bound skills is kind of a pain because of how few steps in its cd can be displayed. Changing timers for buffs and cooldowns to show as dials (rather than progressively bottom to top) would allow players to quickly gauge a much more granular time for their remaining durations or cooldowns. I also believe this is how more modern versions of MS handle it but citations needed.

    If cooldown durations' timers can be changed for a new display, it'd make me wonder if using digital numbers as the count down would be a direction solution.
    • it'd show minutes, then change to seconds when the timer is less than 1 minute.
    I guess it'd depend on which graphical display, number or shader, would be easier to code.

    I actually kinda appreciate the uncertainty, just not the degree of it we currently face.

    Dunno if a system like this could be implemented on ML but it would be cool to see.
