Make Vote Cash and Gacha Tickets Pickups Timed for Owner of Kill

Currently, if a Vote Cash and Gachapon Ticket is dropped, it's able to be picked up immediately by any player and their pets when it drops.

That means that if someone happened to come into a map, they could also take the Vote Cash/Gacha Ticket that just happens to drop near them.

• I propose the suggestion to make the owner of the kill be the only one that can pick up Vote Cash/Gacha for the same amount of locked timeframe (or longer) as Mesos/Equips/Etc/Use.

 

I want to bump this, since the current Event Points/Gacha/Vote Cash Coupons can still be looted by other peoples' pets immediately upon dropping from the monster.

This is still an issue, and would be nice to have the timer for Loot Stealing Prevention, so the owner of the kill can have their item rather than other people (outside of party) and their pets.
