Make weapon/magic cancel interactive

    I'm opening this thread on suggestion following a discussion on the general forum.

    Weapon/Magic cancel now is nothing but a waste of time. These debuffs force the party to stand and wait until the duration ends. We all had these zakum runs where he cast weapon cancel 13 times in a row making a 15~20 minute boss into a 35minutes from hell.

    I suggest making WC/MC somehow more interesting to the player. This is an old school server so getting rid entirely of them probably wont be an option. A simple solution will be lowering the frequency and duration, but that is an easy fix. I suggest the following:

    1. In static bosses like zakum, maybe its possible to enable the debuff only on half of the boss hitbox. meaning is, when wc is activated all the players need to move to the other side of the map to be able to hit zakum. that way the boss because abit more interesting because youre not just holding a button for 20minutes. This makes zakum a little bit more like HT, where if one of the body parts are debuffed, you can still hit other areas.

    2. In bosses like scar/targa where the first option might not be relevant, maybe spawn a mob with high hp when one of the cancels is casted. killing the mob will cancel the debuff (and maybe even have a chance to drop a pcoin? :)). You can ignore the mob and just wait like before but you also have a chance to shorten the duration of the debuff.

    Possible issues:
    - I dont know how hard it is to implement cancels on half a hit box, might be too much work
    - People claimed that its a semi NL buff becasue of his movement, I personally think every type of QoL change is somehow a NL buff and shouldn't ruin for others
    - Slight damage to "nostalgic" feeling, imo every chance i get to make runs faster and more efficient while encouraging active gameplay >>>>> nostalgic feeling
