Scroll price guide (updates as of 01-05-2017)

That's a very good strategy I used in the past when I actually bothered trying to determine the price of something...

I'm not going to commit to ''take over'' and continuously update it, because I know I probably won't have the will to do this for so long, but I thought a lot of the prices were pretty outdated so I started my own sheet last week. Been browsing FM daily, but again, take my list with a grain of salt as it hasn't been made over as long as the last one.
In green is stuff I've seen multiple times, yellow is ''tentative'' and red is just stuff that I haven't updated from Luo Bin's sheet.

Again, not a official price guide, just a personal list that might not be 100% accurate. Do your research!

Prices keep dropping

 

Well, this always happens on servers when the population expands. You gotta focus you effort on somethign else than merching.

 

Oh the poor sad merchers who made a fortune flipping items.... I feel so sorry for them.

 

Too many scrolls on the market due to the high amount of new players compared to the amount of people on the top end that can afford to drop 50m to try and scroll one item.
It's a good thing, really. Makes them more accessible to the newer players.

 

Yeah, see the problem is the scrolls are still priced for an economy driven by the older, richer players.

But all the new players, though they are producing a lot, still have much demand themselves, though they can't pay those high prices. So naturally the prices are declining, and we should reach an equilibrium at some point. Perhaps moreso if we stop getting so many new players all at once.

 

I bet we will see a bubble when newer players start being able to afford scrolling.
