Shadower - Assassinate

    Currently the Shadower skill 'Assassinate' has some inconsistencies in how it functions. Mostly with the dash at the end.

    As it stands, the last hit sometimes goes off regardless of what you wanted, which ends up with you dashing forward.
    I don't know when exactly it happens but from my experience it's usually -
    • When you get hit between certain frames
    • Actions being used between said certain frames (using pots, pet loot/pot, possibly when shifter procs too)
    • Ping is unstable
    • Alot of animations - Frame drop causing the key to miss the input(?)

    This is scary in some situations as a new / unwashed Shad since you don't know when you will end up dashing into some bosses, such as Zak and Scar.
    Not really a problem in HT since most of the time you are cleaving and also you have those mini platforms you cant dash off of.
    Of course as you get higher level with more survivability you adapt and learn to accept it messes up sometimes, but it's still a bugger.
    • Not sure if it's possible but I'd like to see if it's possible to disable the dash as long as you are not inputting a direction key. And of course, dash when you do input a direction.
    As a side-note, If you have better ping to enter and exit out of dark sight, you will do more DPM overall (around ~10%~15% more assassinates / minute depending on ping).

    A few more suggestions;
    • Allow assassinate to be cast without Dark Sight, but allow it to still be charged in Dark Sight
    I know there'll be people that will hate this idea as it 'ruins the class/skill identity', but is there really a purpose in it when it makes the skill become ping dependant? Keeping the charge aspect of the skill keeps the identity.

    • Raising the initial ~0.5sec Dark Sight charge damage to compensate
    A balance for higher-ping players to equalize the damage difference.

    • Lowering/removing the Assassinate charge damage increments as a whole

    From what I can tell, Assassinate's damage increases every ~3 seconds you're in Dark Sight. So if it's possible to lower/remove this increment(real-time charge), it should equalize things.
