    System change:
    *release Quest ring:
    Most people are now just training and bossing, most players donnot want to do skill anymore.
    Therefore a quest ring to encourage people to do quest is reasonable.
    It can be like a monster book ring:
    Every time you do 100 quest: you will get 1 upgrade
    +1 str +1dex +1int +1luk +10 acc +10 advoid +10 speed
    +100hp +100mp
    This ring can also help people on washing hp.
    * Change the fomulas of 1h sword & 1h bw/axe
    For 1h sword: change from primary stats*4.0 to primary stats*4.4
    For 1h bw/axe: swing: change from primary stats*4.4 to primary stats*4.6
    stab: change from primary stats*3.2 to primary stats*4

    General Formula
    MAX = (Primary Stat + Secondary Stat) * Weapon Attack / 100
    MIN = (Primary Stat * 0.9 * Skill Mastery + Secondary Stat) * Weapon Attack / 100

    for 2hand sword is:
    Two Handed Sword
    Primary: STR * 4.6
    Secondary: DEX

    Therefore the max damage of the 2h sword is
    (str*4.6 + dex) * Weapon Attack / 100
    Therefore the min damage of the 2h sword is
    (Str*4.6* 0.9 * 0.6 + dex) * Weapon Attack / 100
    => The average damage 2h Sword is:
    (str*3.452 + dex) * weapon att /100

    Similary for the 1h sword is:
    One Handed Sword
    Primary: STR * 4.0
    Secondary: DEX
    => average damage is 1h sword is:
    (str*3.08 + dex)*weapon att/100

    For 1h bw/axe there are stab and swing:

    Swinging: 1h bw/axe
    Primary: Str*4.4
    Secondary: dex

    Stabing:
    Primary: str*3.2
    Secondary: dex

    The scale of swing/stab is 60% and 40%
    => 4.4*0.6 + 3.2*0.4 = 3.92
    => Average stats: Primary: Str*3.92
    Sencondary: Dex

    => the average damage 1h blunt :
    (Str*3.92*0.77 + Dex) * Weapon Attack / 100
    = (Str*3.0184 + Dex) * Weapon Attack / 100


    In a Post off Akashsky show that due to this fomulas, 2h sword are completely stronger than 1h sword and 1h bw even 30att shield

    In the post he point out that:
    Without Speed Infusion: the 1h sword speargraves is the champion
    With speed infusion: the 2h sword: dragon claymore is the champion

    It is unreasonable because a person who has to scroll an addition perfect shield still deal slower damage than one who scrolls only 2h swords with a SI mule

    1h sword:
    The max damage is
    (str*4.4 + dex) * Weapon Attack / 100
    The min damage is
    (Str*4.4* 0.9 * 0.6 + dex) * Weapon Attack / 100
    => The average damage 1h Sword is:
    (str*3.388 + dex) * weapon att /100

    1h bw/axe:
    Swinging: 1h bw/axe
    Primary: Str*4.6
    Secondary: dex

    Stabing:
    Primary: str*4
    Secondary: dex

    The scale of swing/stab is 60% and 40%
    => 4.6*0.6 + 4*0.4 = 4.36
    => Average stats: Primary: Str*4.36
    Sencondary: Dex

    => The average damage 1hbw/axe is:
    (str*3.3572 + dex) * weapon att /100

    Comparing 3 weapon:

    2h sword: (str*3.452 + dex) * weapon att /100
    1h sword: (str*3.388 + dex) * weapon att /100
    1h bw/axe: (str*3.3572 + dex) * weapon att /100
    In this situation the 2h sword still have a better fomula but with a 30att shield the 1h bw/axe have chance to catch up with 2h sword.
    *New scrolls.
    1) Pet equip for accuracy. Maplelegends have done many things to reduce Hp washing. That is excellent. However, for these jobs that do not need much hp washing, the Pet equip for Hp is meaningless; mean while the accuray is more important.

    2) Super Chaos scroll: It can be crafted by 10 chaos scrolls. It has 60% to get +5all stats and 50% being bump if fail

    3) Super White scroll: It can be crafted by 10 white scrolls. It add 10% off success and protect the item from being bumped.

    4) Scrolls for max stats item: like a clean slate. It give chance to max stats an item. And if fail it has chance to bump the item.
    * Increase the max lv from 200 to 250

    * Tax reduce:
    Reduce the tax off trading from 2.5% to 1%.

    * Give back the Gacha can buy by nx drop by training
    For people whose jobs doesnot need too much hp washing. The nx from voting are too enough for them.
    Therefore sometimes the nx drop from training is meaningless. Now people buy Gacha by the nx droped when they training only.

    * Skill changes
    Warrior:
    Rush: Can dash without monster and can be used while jumping
    It is unfair that every other classes have moving skill excepted warrior.

    Power stance: 90% -> 100%,other people in party get 50% stance

    Heroes:
    Amor crash: Give people in the party 60% to pass cancel weapon att
    The reason for this buff: In the late game, the only warrior that need to the party is DK; this buff will make heroes more effective.

    Paladin:
    Magic crash:
    Give people in the party 60% to pass cancel weapon att
    The reason for this buff: In the late game, the only warrior that need to the party is DK; this buff will make paladins more effective.

    Heaven Harmer:
    In my opinion the mechanic of skill is not good.
    Imagine a Paladin with lv 200 with godly gear cannot skill a snail with his ultimate? That is ridiculous!

    I think it should be change like this:
    Damage: reduce from 200k to 100k
    Time: reduce from 15s to 7s
    Haven harmer damage true damage: 1200%
    If the true damage less than 100k damage it will deal 100k damage and return monster to 1hp
    If the true damage is >100k damage: it will deal the true damage and it can kill monsters.

    In order to reach 100k damage: it still take Paladin a lot of time and pro gears.

    Bucc:
    Time leap: reduce from 20min to 10 min
    Speed Infusion:
    Decrease cast skill time of mages 50%
    Give 20att to people in party (do not disbuff apple)
    The reason is that in the late game, a party will have BM or NL, they are already max att speed, there for a +20 att will make Bucc more helpfull.


    Energy charge:
    Stance increase 90% to 100%; people in the party will get 50% stance

    Archer
    Thrust: instead of +30speed => Change it to a dash skill
