Completed Snowman Compensation Runs on 01/23 and 01/24

Hi Legends!

Recently, there was an issue with Christmas Presents prematurely expiring on some players due to a bug. As there are problems with refunding these, we will instead host Snowman at specified times.

01/23/2020 - 4 runs
00:00 AM, 06:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 6:00 PM ST (GMT +0)

01/24/2020 - 2 runs
05:00 AM, 05:00 PM ST (GMT +0)

Additionally, there will be a GM event and buffs after each Snowman run on the 24th.

We apologize for the issues and hope this can remedy some of the losses you might have had.

Your sentence is a bit broken so i'm not sure exactly what you're saying, but the time will not change.

1) they are placed 12 hours apart to minimize this issue of people not being able to attend. We're aware that some of these time slots might not be viable for some users, but we've already given 6 different options to choose from and unfortunately we cannot accommodate every single player.

2) Adding 1 run at 11am ST will make the time slots to be uneven and unfair for the players on the other side of Earth.

3) On top of #2, this will likely cause scheduling conflict among staffs. We have responsibilities to take care of outside of MapleLegends.

4) This is already announced. Suddenly changing it will cause confusions and some users may need to plan out their days again.
