Medium [Wedding] Engaged Names Disappeared

Description of the bug:

What is supposed to happen?: Ign: Dkrai and Vindece, trying to get married, were engaged, but the names no longer appear on the engagement ring nor the engagement box
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: In game. When trying to get married using the marriage NX item, the cathedral assistants say speak with moony to get a ring, but i already have a ring/box since both characters were engaged. When speaking to moony, he says to make another ring.

That didn't work . Here's a couple more pictures showing us trying that. We tried CCing as well and it didn't change the response from any of the NPC's.

 

Yeah we've been following your guide We've @gm'd and asked for an item refund because I think that's the only option at this point.

I'm still stuck on this issue. Siao replied to my @gm 3 days ago saying that she was looking into it and if there was any updates reply to the forum post. Has there been any updates?

So we redid the rings and did it on the opposite char. After doing this, we had one of each and the names came back on the bugged item. So then we got married at the cathedral. One day later our wedding rings no longer said our names and the secret spouse chat no longer worked.
