Low Potential NightShadow Drop glitch

    Description of the bug: Nightshadows do not drop black crystal ores or dark crystal ores (optional screenshot/video):
    What is supposed to happen?: Nightshadows are suppose to drop black and dark crystal ores (at least according to bbb.hiddenstreet.com)
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
    Crimsonwood Mountain Cavern of Honor (nightshadows training map)
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Basically, you just keep killing nightshadows and note that they drop no ores

    Bbb.hidden-street.net isnt a perfect website for v62. NightShadows dropping black crystal ores may have been added at a later patch (though I can't confirm)

    don't think they've ever dropped anything aside from their mesos and badge for me. :(

    Can't remember anything specific about equips.

    you should use a website that archives other websites (for ex. wayback machine), and use hidden-street from approx. 2009-ish

    For at least 3 hours. I also talked to other people who trained there and they also said they have never gotten an ore from nightshadows. I'm 99.99% sure that they currently do not have an "ORE" drop.

    This may actually be the case, however, I need to verify this.

    I tried using wayback machine, but whenever I tried to take a look at hidden street from 2009ish, it just gave me a black screen. Perhaps I am not doing this correctly. Anyways, I did look up a few youtube videos on nightshadows (from 2009ish) and I wasn't able to find a single ore drop. This leads me to believe you are all most likely correct and this is not a bug - simply a feature of v62

    I searched for nightshadow using the day you described, but there were no drops listed for night shadow at all. Everything was listed as N/A. However, I then searched 1 year later, 2009 may 5. Here's what I found.

    So apparently, in 2009, night shadows might have dropped black crystal and dark crystal ores. Which means that this is still potentially a glitch / bug. The only thing I need to do now is get some videos from 2009 and show that black / dark ores dropped - unfortunately, none of the videos showed any nightshadows dropping ore.

    So it's still up in the air unfortunately. Perhaps there is something that the staff can do to take a deeper look?

    Nightshadows have never dropped anything other than mesos and their badges since the server was launched 2 years ago. If you want ores you'll have to buy them or farm them elsewhere :p

    Yes, that is correct.

    I looked through all the archieved versions, and the earliest mention of ores dropping is the 13th of march 2009, ~120 days after version v62 hit.

    I 100% agree with you, nightshadows do not drop anything other than mesos and their badges. However, I want to make sure that is intended, because online resources say otherwise.
