Medium Corsair Battleship Stuck Bug

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
If you try to mount battleship on the same frame as taking an attack from a boss, your character will become "stuck" for a few seconds where you are unable to use any skills.
What is supposed to happen?:
You are not suppose to get stuck, and should be able to mount battleship.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
Horntail.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
Wait for a boss to start an attack, and then mount battleship at the same frame. Battleship will not mount and your character will be in a stuck state for a few seconds.
