Remove 1st job server announcement, add level 30/70/120 beginner announcement

    Getting to level 10 and talking to some NPCs is not worth an announcement, I really think it shouldn't tell the whole server when someone gets a 1st job. Nobody even gets whispers for reaching 1st job, IMO it just serves as clutter.

    But there should be server announcements for beginners reaching level 30/70/120 if it's possible to do that.

    I think it's a nice feature, I have made a lot of friends by whispering these new players, and helped out a few aswell, I don't wanna see this feature go away.

    in my opinion its nice to have these announcements because,
    it lets you see the creativity of people naming their characters, and it can also let u know who wants to hpq when ur doing it :)
    and it shows how much the server is getting populated.
    but i do agree once it spams its getting kind of annoying, but i think its not that hard to ignore it.

    Made me think a lot too, that's why I set it; all my sigs are excerpts or quotes from books. This one is from a book called MANIFESTO.

    I personally like the 1st job announcement. It kind of immediately introduces you into the game. I'll sometimes whisper people who have a cool name or a name I think I recognize, too.

    Beginner notifications are already inplemented (so moving this into accepted). I consider the 1st job notification more as a welcome message so if you happen to recognize a name from elsewhere or just want to say hi you can.

    Furthermore into the post it also shows activity. Example, high level people see that a lot of new people are still joining the server and that the server is still active growing, so there's a lot more good sides than any bad, which is why we've decided to keep it.
