Add Scroll for Spikes on Shoes 10% (no Slip scroll)

Traction is a pretty good property to deal with KB situations. However, we can only find them on snowshoes.

Why this would be a good implementation?

First, many meta situations force attackers to have traction. The class that get least harmed by not having traction is NL, as they have high avoid and flash jump to reposition really fast when Kbed. In this sense, i believe that being able to add traction to other shoes than snowshoes would be a good way to diminsh the disparity beetween NL and the other classes, without making everyone focus on low stat snowshoes and depreciate every other shoes. Classes like warrior, buccs and shads are less harmed by kb because of stance/iframe/high avoid, but having traciton also benefit them anyways.

For sure, this is relative and depends on the meta. For instance, BMs can't buffer with traction. However, what i mean is that no slip scrolls add new possibilities for the gameplay, therefore they should be added.

It also gonna make people farm them on El Nath mobs, which is a way to make those maps more visited. Depending on how much they end up being worth, what if coolies get better than (comparable to) gs2 because of the possible profit from those scrolls?

(EDIT): I've just realized they are avaiable on ML library. Seems like they are already present on the game and just need to be dropable.
